He's an excellent tanker, patient and knows how to teach.

Bourne is a very good sim pilot and knows how to get kills. I believe I read in one of his posts that he would be willing to help in that area but time is an issue.

I may be able to make a few narrated films that may also give you an idea of what to look for and how to react. Check for new thread.
