FORMATION TAKE OFF IS BEST RECRUITMENT TOOL

Picture this: You are a typical player. You chose a plane and spawn at a base where lots of Rooks are lifting to go to the action, say a base where we have been batteling it out for a while. You may even be a little frustrated at lack of effort by some other players. Only this time, when you spawn, you are taken back by an awsome sight - six, eight, or twelve p-51 fighters, perfectly lined up side by side, fully dressed, engines ideling. Like warriors waiting for the charge. Waiting to take off and climb out on the way to enemy territory. Organization, relevent to any mission's success is instantely conveyed. Wingmanship is immediately displayed and evident for all to see. A since of realism breifly (if even unconsciously) flashes through your brain. You instantly since a feeling of teamwork, and you feel compeled to wait and watch the take off, anticipating the roar of the props. You hold for a moment, then ask "Hey, where are you guys going? mind if I tag along?"
I think this is our best recruiting tool. Let's use it.

well you got to be in the right spot at the right time and be thinking of maybe wanting to join a squad and not to much in a hurry to just take off and get some kills to see it...

Well yeah TOOLS, obviously, but that would basically be true with any recruitment tactic, Duhhh .... LOL. The difference is this: any squad that is looking for recruits can post that they are recruiting, and talk a good game. But this creates a situation where the player "wants" to join up with what he sees, as opposed to being recruited. See the difference?
